Impact from Taking a sports club from an amateur approach to a more structured strategic approach

Nina is the very first femail president of Wellington Rowing Club.  Formed in 1885, with a proud and successful heritage, It has its ups and downs over the years and has been largely run as most amateur sports clubs, on a show string, with sell meaning volunteers but little strategy and vision.  Nina has taken this club into a new more structured approach which is having outstanding results both on and off the water.
