Cancer Society Garden Project: Message of thanks from Menzshed

Great to meet you and your fellow Rotarians on Saturday. That was a very productive working bee and the garden at Cancer Soc is now shaping up well.

Movie “I am a Woman”- the Helen Reddy story

 
Tilda Cobham-Hervey plays Australian musician and activist icon Helen Reddy. In 1966 Reddy landed in New York with her three-year-old daughter, a suitcase and $230. Within weeks she was broke. Within five years she was a superstar, the first ever Australian Grammy Award winner, and an icon of the 1970s feminist movement. 
 
Venue: Shoreline Cinema, Waikanae
Date: Wednesday 11th November 2020 at 6pm
