We are also in the process of organising a luncheon for 2.00pm on Friday 23 October to follow the last train journey and more will come out on this next week.

We are holding events to raise funds for End Polio, and more will come out about this.

This is a great day, and the publicity generated for Rotary and the End Polio cause is tremendous, please help support the event and make it a roaring success.

Movie “I am a Woman”- the Helen Reddy story

Movie “I am a Woman”- the Helen Reddy story
Tilda Cobham-Hervey plays Australian musician and activist icon Helen Reddy.

In 1966 Reddy landed in New York with her three-year-old daughter, a suitcase and $230. Within weeks she was broke. Within five years she was a superstar, the first ever Australian Grammy Award winner, and an icon of the 1970s feminist
movement.

Helen Reddy passed away 29th September this year, so this is a timely tribute to her life and contribution.
