RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards) is a week-long leadership development programme for 18-24 year-old participants, hosted and sponsored by Rotary Clubs. RYLA is an experiential live-in high energy programme designed to help young people develop their team work and communication skills and fulfil their potential as leaders.
The Rotary Youth Exchange programme  provides Clubs with the opportunity to host an overseas secondary student (aged between 16 and 18) for a year to experience life and culture in a foreign country. Clubs can also provide the same experience for a New Zealand student to travel overseas for twelve months.
